- Amendment 1 AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of proposals to March 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM. SOLICITATION The Bureau of Public the Debt (BPD) is issuing a solicitation for training services listed in Section 3.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with FAR Part 13. Interested offerors shall submit a quote in accordance with this solicitation. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
