- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Vehicle Rentals. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is provided at www.fbo.gov under Additional Info at the link entitled, Additional documentation. Solicitation number W911SF-12-R-0003 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the Acquisition of Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 12 guidelines. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532111 Passenger Car Rental, and the business size standard is $25.5M. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Vehicle Rentals for the Directorate of Logistics, Transportation Division, which will supply the Fort Benning, GA Army Installation. All proposals must be sent via e-mail to usarmy.benning.hqda-aca.mbx.doc-offer@mail.mil. Questions shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, 15 March, 2012.
