- The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia currently has a requirement for the acquisition of Replacement Lighting for the National Museum of the Marine Corps. This requirement consists of the materials supply necessary for the upgrade of eight displayed portraits to a high quality LED lighting system. It also covers the parts necessary to repair disabled lighting fixtures in the National Museum of the Marine Corps. The portraits and fixtures are located at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, 18900 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Triangle, VA 22172. The delivery date will be 30 days after award. The standards will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is within the next 30 days on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS.GOV) website. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded as a 100% for small business set aside; using NAICS code 334290 with a 750 employee size standard. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced website (FEDBIZOPPS.GOV) frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) and amendments, if any. Please do not call the contact listed above for questions regarding the solicitation. The solicitation will identify how questions will be addressed by the Regional Contracting Office.
