- Incorporation of 52.211-94. Time of Delivery. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES/ADDITIONS ARE BEING MADE PER AMENDMENT 2. VENDORS MUST SIGN AND RETURN ONE COPY WITH THE RFP. DUE DATE OF RFP IS NOT EXTENEDED. •1. Incorporation of 52.211-94. Time of Delivery. •2. M-FSS-301-A Method of award: Award will be made on an item by item basis. As two offers are being submitted for each item, one for FOB Destination and one for FOB Origin, the lowest price will be determined by calculating the average of the FOB Destination price for the depot orders and the FOB Origin price for the Direct Delivery Orders to a specific end user. Note: Orders will primarily go to the depots as this is a Stock Solicitation; however, at times orders may go direct delivery to a specific end user which will require the FOB Origin price. Update to FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999)-Price Section Only (see below) to reflect update in evaluation procedures. SEE ATTACHMENT FOR UPDATED PROCEDURES.
