- ACC Warren at Red River Army Depot (RRAD Contracting Center) intends to solicit for Wood and Metal Rail Road Ties. This will be a supply contract with delivery to RRAD. The following supplies are will be solicited for: 500 EACH MODEL M10 STEEL CROSSTIES WITH CLIPS AND FASTENERS, 400 EACH JOINT BAR FASTENERS 200 EACH SHIMS FOR 85LB RAIL. 5000 EACH M10 MIXED HARDWOODS CROSSTIES (7" X 9" X 8# 6#) AREMA AND AMERICAN TIE ASSN. APPROVED TREATMENT PROCESS. 3 COMPLETE SETS #9 TURNOUT MIXED HARDWOOD AREMA AND AMERICAN TIE ASSN. APPROVED TREATMENT PROCESS. This will be a Small Business Set Aside for a firm fixed price requirements type contract. This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.
