- 03/09/12 ANNOUNCEMENT: ORAL PRESENTATIONS FOR PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE THE WEEK OF MARCH 19, 2012 AT THE EDWARD R. ROYBAL FEDERAL BUILDING. EACH OFFEROR THAT HAS SUBMITTED A PROPOSAL AND HAS BEEN PRE-QUALIFIED IS EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE A PRESENTATION THAT WEEK. THERE IS NO AMENDMENT FOR THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03/02/12 UPDATE: AMENDMENT 03 HAS BEEN UPLOADED TO FEDBIZOPPS. AMENDMENT 03 IS ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1) TO PROVIDE RESPONSES TO PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS' QUESTIONS. 2) TO UPDATE THE SOLICITATION ON PAGES 1, 14 AND 21. (UPDATES HAVE BEEN HIGHLIGHTED.) PLEASE NOTE: PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND SUBMIT A COPY OF ALL AMENDMENTS ALONG WITH THEIR PROPOSAL. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE - PLEASE NOTE: AMENDMENT 01 AND AMENDMENT 02 HAVE BEEN UPLOADED AND ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MOST CURRENT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES AND MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ALL AMENDMENTS BY SUBMITTING A SIGNED COPY OF ALL AMENDMENTS ALONG WITH THEIR PROPOSAL. PLEASE NOTE: ADDITIONAL AMENDMENTS MAY BE POSTED IN THE FUTURE AND PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MOST CURRENT INFORMATION. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The General Services Administration (GSA) would like to invite you to submit a proposal for the food service operation at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and Courthouse located at 255 East Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. The propososed start date is May 14, 2012. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described in Solicitation # GS-09P-12-KS-D-0026. The Contractor will be required to provide Food and Related Services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and Courthouse at 255 East Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. The conference will begin in the cafeteria seating area at 10:00am PST and go until 12:00pm PST. Please note: Government-issued photo identification will be required in order to access the building. The agenda will include a review of the solicitation package followed by a tour of the facilities. If you do plan on attending the conference, please notify Joshua Chung.
