- Reference Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Sources Sought Notice # 2012-103 due 30 days from the date of this ad. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The point of contact for the Qualification Request Package is the Source Development Officer for the USARMY Detroit Arsenal TACOM Mailbox LCMC Competition Management Office- (AMSTA-CSC-M) EMAIL ADDRESS: usarmy.detroit.tacom.mbx.lcmc-market-surveys@mail.mil, this Sources Sought Notice is seeking to identify additional suppliers for: Noun: Cylinder Head, Diesel NSN: 2815-00-789-1006 Part Number: Multiple End Item: M113A1 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) currently being procured noncompetitively. Please note that in some cases technical data may not be available. Be advised that, under the bailment program, contractors may buy or borrow sample parts for the purpose of reverse design engineering.
