- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued as a Full and Open Competition and will result in one contract award. This RFQ is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to FAR Part 13. RFQ W52P1J-12-Q-JF06 is hereby issued for quotes only. This requirement is for the procurement of the following: Hotel accommodations for 5 individuals near Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Each individual must have their own room. Hotel must be within 10 mile radius of Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Duration of stay will be from 30 March 2012 to 15 September 2012. Hotel accommodations for 34 individuals near Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska. Each individual must have their own room. Hotel must be within 10 mile radius of Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska. Duration of stay will be from 14 May 2012 to 15 September 2012. Hotel accommodations for both the 5 individuals and the 34 individuals must be located at the same Hotel. The following clauses are incorporated by reference: 52.204-7 CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION APR/2008 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS JUN/2008 52.212-3 OFFERORS REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS ALTERNATE I (OCT 2010) APR/2002 52.212-4 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS MAR/2009 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES EXECUTIVE ORDERS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS FEB/2010 (Applicability includes Paragraph (b) items 1, 4, 6, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 42, 45, and 47) 252.212-7001 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE NOV/2009 (Applicability includes Paragraph (a), Paragraph (b) items 1, 9, 23, 24, and 26) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be required for use on any resulting contract associated with this solicitation. Contractors must have a valid Cage Code in order to receive Government contracts. Quotes are due by 1500 (3:00 pm Central Standard Time), on 13 MAR 2012.
