- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a sole source bridge contract for warehousing, transportation, repairs, other logistics services, and work order processing to URS Federal Technical Services, 20501 Seneca Meadows Pkwy, Suite 300, Germantown, MD 20876-7007. The contract will contain fixed price, IDIQ and Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLINS and will have a base period of one (1) month and an optional period of one (1) month. The bridge contract is necessary in order for the Government to complete the recompete process for a follow-on contract. Responsible sources who believe they can provide the required services may submit a written capability statement, via email, no later than 15 days from the published date of this announcement. Responses will be accepted by e-mail to debra.jacobs@irs.gov. Please reference "IRS Nationwide Logistics Services Bridge Contract" on all responses. Telephone inquiries will be considered non-responsive. No solicitation will be issued; therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. Any reference to previously submitted proposals for similar services will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received the award will be made to URS Federal Technical Services.
