Solicitation Number: VA241-12-Q-0494 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: ***Please note: The original RFQ for this requirement was posted under RFQ #VA241-12-Q-0468, now it is being posted under VA241-12-Q-0494; this is the same requirement. Per VHA notification, all FEDBID orders were cancelled, and had to be reposted under FBO solely. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is VA241-12-Q-0494 and is issued as an RFQ. (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55, effective February 2, 2012. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Location and installed upon arrival by vendor.1EA (vi) The following STATEMENT OF WORK is a detailed description of the requirements for this solicitation: VISN 1 Contracting is requesting quotes for a one-time firm-fixed price purchase of Super Erecta Shelf Components as described in paragraph v. The components will be assembled into complete shelf units prior to shipping to the VA West Roxbury, Ma. Location and installed upon arrival by vendor. Quotes will be for an exact match of the Inter-Metro Products. The closing date for this RFQ is March 13, 2012 @ 10:00 AM EST. The assembled shelves will be shipped to Boston VA Healthcare System, West Roxbury Campus, 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury MA, 02132. The evaluation criteria for this RFQ will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable and the preferred delivery time of 15 days from receipt of purchase order per FAR 15.101-2.
