- ***SOLICITATION OPENING DATE: 3/9/2012*** **APPROVED SOURCE CORRECTED*** End Item Application: VHA: HELICOPTER OBSERVATION (AHIP), OH-58D; NSN: 6615-01-185-8883. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transducer, Attitude. This solicitation will be result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a source controlled item; the approved source is:CURTIS WRIGHT CORP., CAGE: 00288, P/N: M4302. Configuration Control applies. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement utilizing other than full and open competition. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 216 each, Option Year EAD: 216 each. Delivery - 144 days ARO; FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 9, 2012. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Effective June 1, 1998, suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Annual updates to your registration will be required.
