- Solicitation PROJECT DESCRIPTION. The purpose of this project is to supply and deliver crushed rock and trail materials to the Kah Sheets Lake Trail. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 5.2-Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions, Paragraph 5.202 Exceptions, Subparagraph (13) a synopsis will not be issued. This proposed contract action meets the criteria in that: 1. The amount is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. 2. The notice of proposed contract action through Federal Business Opportunities website. 3. Quotes may be submitted by email to: kimtoland@fs.fed.us
