- THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSITUTE AN INVITATION FOR BID OR A REQUEST FORPORPOSAL (RFP) AND IS NOT A COMMMITMENT BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT TO ENTER INTOANY AQUSITION FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. Interested parties are hereby invited to participate in an Industry Daysessions to be held on 27 March 2012 at Naval Station (NAVSTA) Mayport FL,and 30 March 2012 at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola FL. There will not bean industry day held at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay GA. Each company will be allowed two people to attend either of the sessions.Interested parties shall let the Contracting Officer know by Wednesday 14March 2012 by close of business (4:30 p.m. EST). Further details with beprovided with your confirmation. The purpose of this Industry Day is to brief interested parties on theanticipated consolidation of the southeast Region Port Operations.
