- Description
- Amendment to attach revised 841 Specifications and post answers to questions received. The response date is changed to March 14, 2012 at 1600. Description: Road maintenance--Detroit, Sweet Home, McKenzie River and Middle Fork Ranger Districts of the Willamette National Forest in Marion, Linn, Lane and Douglas Counties in the state of Oregon. The project intent is to provide yearly road maintenance services on forest roads on the above named districts. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to provide maintenance services in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. It is the Government's intention to award a one-year Firm, Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the Option to Extend the Term of the Contract for two additional years. This is a multiple award contract and the Government may award up to 3 contracts per district. Contractor may be required to perform work items simultaneously on more than one district if awarded two or more items. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 9, 2012. Estimated start work date is April 1, 2012. This project is totally set aside for small business. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
