- American Embassy Kuwait has completed its analysis of the proposals submitted in response to the subject solicitation. Following Section L of the solicitation, FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors Competitive Acquisition, the Government awarded this contract without discussions with offerors. Our decision was based on the technical and price factors established in Section M of the solicitation. For your information, we provide you with the following data: - A pre-solicitation notice was posted on September 17, 2011 in FedBizOpps and Embassy website - The Government received a total of 5 proposals on time. - The contract has been awarded to: American Life Insurance Co. - The total contract price is: Base year KD 204,451.000, total amount including all options KD 1,195,987.754 - The award was made in strict conformance with the award criteria contained in the solicitation.
