- RFQ-656-12-008 Solicitation for Mission Innovation Synthesis Training Activity (MISTA) COMBINED SYNPOSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR RFQ 656-12-008 The Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Mozambique intends to negotiate and issue one (1) purchase order to obtain services to systematically incorporate innovation into all areas of the Mission's activities. This procurement is being solicited using procedures in FAR 12.603. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611430 and the small business size standards is $7.0 million. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet. This combined synopsis/solicitation and any future amendments can be downloaded from http://www.fbo.gov.
