- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Philadelphia, Pa intends to issue solicitation RFQP02171200016 for the requirement of Various Dairy products for one year after award of contract. This is an open market procurement. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being between April 01, 2012 thru March 31, 2013 Items shipped prior or after will be returned at vendors expense. Deliveries will be made WEEKLY to the Federal Detention Center 700 Arch Street Philadelphia, Pa 19106 in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and price will be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 28, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 09, 2011, 5:00 PM. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
