PHOTO OF EXISTING UNIT W/ HOSE HANGARS (TO BE DELETED-SEE SPECIFICATION) PHOTO OF EXISTING UNIT W/ HOSE HANGARS (TO BE DELETED-SEE SPECIFICATION) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 333911 (b) NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES:500 The purchase of 2 each, De-paint Pump Systems for the Building 180 Wet-Clean (De-Paint) Shop The basic de-paint pump system consists of: 1. a. One (1) Graco 12:1 NXT Series pump with SST lower and integrated air control. Stainless steel (580 cc) air powered motor. Max air pressure 100 psi. Max working pressure 1190 psi. Part number P 12DSA Series A. (or equivalent) b. One (1) reinforced aluminum cart with tread plate deck, four (4) wheels, two (2) swivel/locking casters, and two (2) fixed casters. c. Hose hangars DELETED d. One (1) 2" inlet coupling e. One (1) lot of miscellaneous hardware 2. Additional required components include: a. One (1) 2" X 10' feed hose with cam lock couplers on each end b. One (1) heavy duty stainless steel hose reel, hand crank c. One (1) ½" X 150' supply hose d. One(1) wash gun with 36" extension and spray tip 3. Assembly, delivery and set-up required Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration database. In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier.
