- Supply or Services Classification Code: 8145 Subject of Synopsis: Handheld Radio Cases IFB/RFP Number: F2FF082026AC01 SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a commodities requirement for Handheld Radio Cases. Equal items will be considered as long as the vendor submits technical data. This is a total (100%) Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 326199 with a size standard of 500 employees; the SIC code is 3089. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current according to Http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: 0001 - Pelican-Hardigg Case with foam insert molded to contain 20ea Motorola XTS5000 radios and 20ea spare batteries. QTY: 2 each 0002- Pelican-Hardigg Case with foam insert molded to contain 40ea Motorola XTS5000 radios and 40ea spare batteries. QTY: 2 each 0003-Shipping cost to send items 0001 and 0002 to Kadena AFB, Japan 96367-5247 0004-Pelican-Hardigg Case with insert molded to contain 20ea Harris PRC-152 radios and 20ea spare batteries. QTY: 4 each 0005-Pelican-Hardigg Case with insert molded to contain 13ea Harris PRC-152 radios and accessories. QTY: 4 each 0006-Pelican-Hardigg Case with insert molded to contain 2ea Harris PRC-152 multichargers and accessories.
