- The VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD intends to enter into a sole source procurement for CBOC Outpatient Primary Care Services with Avera McKennan d/b/a Schramm Medical Clinic in Winner, SD for a short term 6 month, with option to extend for an additional 6 month period, bridge contract while a long term contract can be executed and awarded under full and open competitive procedures. This short term contract will ensure no interuption in veteran care for those beneficiaries residing in the Winner, SD area. The applicable NACIS code is 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists).
