- AMENDMENT 0013: DLA Energy seeks to procure 2,520 USG (9,539 Liters) of Premium Unleaded Gasoline (MUP) in 55 Gallon (200 Liter) Drums for delivery to Djema, Central African Republic on TUESDAY, 20 March 2012. Offers are requested no later than WEDNESDAY, 14 March 2012 (1:00 PM Local Time - Fort Belvoir, VA). All offers should be submitted in English and be stated in U.S. Gallons and U.S. Dollars (USG/USD). The per gallon offer price should include all applicable costs and fees. Offers not stated as indicated will not be evaluated for contract award by DLA Energy.
