- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command MCO Fort Knox intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to provide noon meals for applicants processing through the Oklahoma City Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), Oklahoma City, OK. The period of performance is 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013, with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall furnish food, facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 722320 (Size Standard: $7M) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The RFP will be posted to the FedBizOpps/ASFI website on or about 14 March 2012 with proposals due on or about 16 April 2012. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist via email to nathalie.w.riley.civ@mail.mil by 11 am EST 13 March 2012.
