- The VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD intends to enter into a sole source procurement for COBC Outpatient Primary Care Services with Prairie Community Health, Isabel, SD and associated clinics for a short term 6 month, with option to extend for an additional 6 month period, bridge contract while a long term contract can be executed and awarded under full and open competitve procedures. This short term contract will ensure no interruption in veteran care for those beneficiairies residing in the Greater Eagle Butte area. The applicable NACIS code is 62111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists).
