- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) AST9 Radomes, part number 1236ASS5096, Qty 36 each. This requirement is sole sourced to Trans FX, Inc., 2361 Eastman Ave., Oxnard, CA 93030-8136 due to this company holding all the rights to the processes for this radome. Any firms believing that they can provide the material, per the part number, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office, clearly showing its ability without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the part without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
