- The following technical questions were submitted by potential offerors. Answers are provided to clarify the requirements. Question 1: "How many cameras are in the system?- Section 1, cameras is plural and then sub section d. it lists 'camera from rear of the scanner'." Answer 1: The system will contain a minimum of two cameras. Question 2: "Section 2.a lists a 40" display- should this be on a tilt wall mount or a swing arm style mount?" Answer 2: The display should be on a tilt wall mount. Question 3: "Section 2.b lists a second screen display- what is the desired size and mounting location? Does this display need to be mounted on a swing-arm?" Answer 3: The display should be 42" and on a tilt wall mount. Question 4: "For optimum control and performance the camera(s) will need to be controlled by a [removed]. Where will this controller be located?" Answer 4: The location of any system controllers will be determined by the architect after project commencement. In order to ensure that all potential offerors have reasonable time to consider the information contained in this amendment, the response period is extended. Responses to this request for quotation are due on March 12, 2012 by 8:00 a.m. eastern standard time.
