- Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, MI intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm fixed price contract for installation and licensing for E-card readers on the Government owned E-85 fuel pump located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS Code 213112, size standard $7.0 million. The Contractor shall provide a card reader and fuel management system capable of authorizing both fuel and fuel transactions using the fleet charge card service provider (Wright Express (WEX) or Visa) and General Service Administration (GSA) Smart fuel cards processing system to the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Contract performance is for the period of Date of Award through September 30, 2012 with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods remaining in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract. It is expected that the RFP will be available March 12, 2012, with a closing date of March 27, 2012. The actual dates will be identified in the RFP, along with a written description of the requirements and instructions for submitting proposals.
