PRON: AX2F0278AX; NOUN: Fairing, Aircraft; NSN: 1560-01-597-4996; P/N: 70219-04300-073; PRON: AX2F0279AX; NOUN: Support cover rotor; NSN: 1560-01-597-4985; P/N: 70219-04400-113; PRON: AX2F0281AX; NOUN: Cover Assy, Pylon; NSN: 1560-01-597-4990; P/N: 70219-04400-044 minimum quantity: 5 each; maximum quantity 25 each on a five year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery is 5 each, 175 DACA and up to 5 each year until contract completion. PRON: AX2F0286AX; NOUN: Skin, Aircraft; NSN: 1560-01-585-5935; P/N: 70213-03002-101 minimum quantity: 10 each; maximum quantity 50 each on a five year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 10 each, 175 DACA and up to 10 each year until contract completion. These requirements are restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code: 78286) because these parts require engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source require acquisition of the part from the approved source. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
