- This will be an UNRESTRICTED procurement. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers FY 12 subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 50%; Small Disadvantaged Business 17%; Woman Owned Small Business 18%; HUBZONE Small Business 10%; and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 4%. The work consists of placing various types of stone dikes, stone bank paving, and stone repairs at various locations within the limits listed on the banks of the Mississippi River (Miles 325.7 to 0 AHP) including Southwest Pass (Miles 0 to -18.5 BHP), Atchafalaya River (Miles 0 to 137), Red River (Miles 6 to 11), Old River Control Channels and Baptiste Collette Bayou (Miles 4.9 to 6.1). NAICS: 237990. The magnitude of the IDIQ project is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. Issue date is on or about 24 March 2012. Bid opening date on or about 26 April 2012.
