- SLACRFQ174694 DOCUMENTS Miscellaneous Vacuum Fire Process Vendor to fabricate and vacuum-fire miscelaneous bellows per SLAC specification FP-202-631-14 (see attached SOW - statement of work). Orders will be release per each job to a maximum $25K. Source selection will be based upon lowest price, technically acceptable. SLAC Terms and Conditions M364 (Rev 17Jun2011) applies to this contract. Vendor must complete the SLAC Representations and Certifications (December 2007) Quote price must be in US currency.
