- Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California intends to solicit and negotiate a follow-on contract with only once source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 Limited Source Justification and Approval with Competitive Solutions, Inc. (CSI) of Alpharetta, GA. This procurement is to provide a periodic internal environmental assessment of the progress Sierra Army Depot is making toward implementing the Process Based Leadership (PBL) concept. In addition, review and update the ScoreCard at the Managers, Directors and Division Chief Level and provide progress reports. The PBL concept and ScoreCard is proprietary software that was developed and owned by CSI. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 with a size standard of $7.0 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may identify their interest, in writing, to Megan Barr by email at megan.n.barr.civ@mail.mil or by fax at (530) 827-4722. Response to this notice must be received no later than Thursday March 15, 2012, 3:00 p.m. PST. Sierra Army Depot will not reimburse for any costs connected to supplying a response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
