Historical documents regarding this synopsis,including the initial synopsis, performance work statement and industry day documents,can be located at the previously numbered solicitation number of NND11374119R, located atthe following url: http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/synopsis.cgi?acqid=145278.In accordance with NFS 1815.201(c)(6)(A), this Draft Request for Proposals is beingposted for comment. Offerors are encouraged to comment on all aspects of this draftsolicitation. Comments are due no later than 3:30 p.m. (PDT) on April 2, 2012.A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 22, 2012. Details regarding thisconference, including the necessary forms to be submitted, will be posted by March 13,2012.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.
