- This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures) for Food Products for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The contractor is required to provide the Food Products on a scheduled basis per solicitation requirements and schedule. This shall be for a base contract of 1 year beginning April 1, 2012. The solicitation will be available for issue on March 9, 2012 on Fedbizopps.gov, reference solicitation number VA262-12-Q-0551. The solicitation will be posted on or about March 09, 2012.
