- The Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG) intends on issuing a solicitation for Operational and Maintenance (O&M) services to be provided in support of OPM-SANG in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The following information is provided concerning this O&M requirement: The Directorate of Contracting (DoC) anticipates the release and advertisement of solicitation# W90BRJ-12-R-0004 for O&M services on or about 1 April 2012. This requirement will be solicited under full and open competition conditions. The Government anticipates performance to begin during the beginning of calendar year 2013 (1 January 2013 thru 31 March 2013). No draft solicitation or PWS shall be provided by the Government to accompany this notice.
