- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Mission and Installation Command Contracting Center, Fort Knox, intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Pseudoisochromatic Plates Ishihara Compatible (PIPIC) for U.S. MEPCOM located in North Chicago, IL. Delivery date can be no later than 22 March 2012. This solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov on or about 07 March 2012 with offers due on 12 March 2012. These dates are subject to change. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. This solicitation will be set-a-side for small business. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. All offers must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Johnna Pollock via email at mary.j.pollock2.civ@mail.mil, faxed to the attention of Mrs. Johnna Pollock at 502-624-7165, or submitted through the Federal Business Opportunities website.
