- Reference #: MIPR2EDATP0029 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Savi Technology Inc., a large business, to provide brand name annual software maintenance renewal of their Fixed Device Framework (FDF) licenses for the United States Army, Product Manager Joint Automatic-Identification Technology (PM J-AIT). The period of performance (PoP) is for twelve (12) months beginning 10 March 2012 through 9 March 2013. Savi Technology, Inc is the exclusive reseller of the FDF software maintenance. Savi is the manufacturer and maintains sole proprietary rights to FDF Software and Maintenance. No other vendor, reseller or distributor is legally authorized to sell FDF maintenance. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This notice of intent expires at 3pm CST on 9 March 2012. Please contact Lindsay.Winkeler@disa.mil with questions.
