Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price award to ARENA SOLUTIONS, INC., 4100 E 3RD Ave Ste 300, Foster City, CA 94404, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for renewal of 13 Arena Solution Profession License subscriptions (Full user) per year. Estimated value of this action is $17,550 for the basic year plus two option years in the estimated amount of $17,550 each option year for a total of $52,650. ARENA SOLUTIONS, INC. is the developer for the specified software and maintains the Arena Product Life Cycle Management License, which is proprietary and not available via other vendors. The period of performance is 11 JUNE 2012 to 10 JUN 2013. FOB: Destination, Stennis Space Center, MS 39522-5001. This requirement will be awarded process utilizing FAR 12 and FAR 13 procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) is 511210, Software Publishers, and the business size standard is $25.0M. Award of purchase order N62306-12-P-M706 will be made on or about March 19, 2012. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Any inquires concerning this requirement is to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
