- Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number FB20652019X776 is a Request for Quote and is for a brand name item. Please see attached Brand Name Justification. Prior to award of any DOD contracts, offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov.
