- Description
- The William Jennings Bryan Dorn Veterans Affairs (VA)Medical Center, Columbia, SC intends to compete its requirement for Hoptel Services to support the Acute Hospital Service line ™s mission of providing hotel rooms to eligible veterans receiving Veteran Health Administration (VHA) health care services. The contractor shall provide a minimum of seven (7) and a maximum of ten (10) double first floor rooms (including one (1) handicapped room) Sunday through Thursday for fourteen (14) Veteran Affairs Hoptel Patients weekly. The contractor must be located within a five (5) mile radius of the William Jennings Bryan VA Medical Center located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity contract resulting from the solicitation. The contract will consist of a base and four option years. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. A solicitation will be posted on or about March 19, 2012 on FEdbizops.
