- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-0586, IQC112059009034, 4920-17-100-0212, Coupling, Plastic. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is 26F and the end item is Aircraft, F16. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Approved source of supply is Askove Kunststof Industries B.V. CAGE H0B62 part number 1223-00-000. Surge and sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 24 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 6 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 6 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 24 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 48 each. The requested delivery is 103 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision will be based upon Price and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at destination/destination. Shipment can be to any DLA stock location within the Continental United States (CONUS). Configuration control clause 52.246-9G36 applies. Critical application applies. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation & acceptance of offers for part numbered items" applies. Solicitation will issue on March 26, 2012 with a closing date of April 26, 2012.
