Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:California City:San Francisco Peninsula: Daly City to San Mateo Minimum Sq. Ft.1,660 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) Maximum Sq. Ft. 1,830 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) Delineated Area: North: Daly City - City Limits South: San Mateo - City Limits East: Interstate 280 West: San Francisco Bay Space Type:Office Parking Spaces:6 Reserved Structured Spaces Full Term:5 Years Firm Term:3 Years* Additional Requirements: *Occupancy for this lease must commence between January 15, 2013 and February 1, 2013 Space must be contiguous-one floor without a hallway dividing the office Must be located within a 5 minute walk to Bart or Caltrans or offer a shuttle service within 3 miles of a Bart Station. Shuttle service hours of operation must be acceptable to the Contracting Officer. In addition to the terms of the GSA lease the space must be designed to include the following requirements: •1,000 - 1,170 Square Feet of Open Office space •1 Private Office: approximately 180 ABOA Square Feet •1 Storage Room: 150 - 170 ABOA SF •1 Conference Room: 140 - 160 ABOA SF •1 Kitchenette/Break Room: 110 - 150 ABOA SF Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
