- SOW IMAT RED Ancillary Services Justification and Approval IMAT RED Ancillary Services The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a Purchase Order (PO) on a sole source basis to the Northern California Regional Public Safety Training College 2409 Dean Street, Room 118-119, McClellan, CA 95652-2305 for National IMAT Red Building Ancillary Services for the facility located at 3720 Dudley Blvd, McClellan, CA, 95652. This notice is not a request for proposals. Contractors are welcomed to provide possible service alternatives for information purposes only. Any information received will be reviewed for future requirements and for the purpose of future competition opportunities.
