- PR: 0043790114 FSC: 5320 Nomenclature: Pin-Rivet, Sole Source to United Technologies, Pratt and Whitney (52661), Part Number 501965 RFP No.SPM5A7-12-R-0005 Quantity: 150 PG Due Date: March 15, 2012, 1 PM Eastern Time The National Stock Number (NSN) is 5320-00-867-9547. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304c(1). Item is sole source to United Technologies, Pratt and Whitney (52661) under P/N501965. It is anticipated that a firm priced delivery order will be issued against the terms of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) No.N00383-12-G-001M for a quantity of 150 PG. If other than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs, requests for a copy of the RFP should be sent to Barbara.bennett@dla.mil and a copy of the solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website.
