- Scope of Work: To secure services on an 'as needed basis' to pump all toilets and septic tanks located on the Deschutes National Forests Bend Fort Rock Ranger District. The areas include: North Newberry and Cascade Hwy Area, Elk Lake Area, South Newberry Area and Crane Prairie Area. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, and dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets, accordance with State and Federal regulations. The number of days and exact dates on which services will be required cannot be predetermined but the estimated start date is approximately the May 1, 2012 through April 30, Vaults will be pumped within 48 hours of receiving a service call from the Government. This is a Base Year (2012) with 4 Option Years, ending April 30, 2017. The Solicitation is estimated to be uploaded in FEDBIZOPS on or about March 21, 2012. The NAICS code: 562991. Size Standard: $7.0 million. Estimated start date is May 1, 2012 for Base Year through April 30, 2013 Project is set-aside for small business. It is anticipated that this will be a multiple award contract.
