Description

Sole Source The Government (ASC/PKOAA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: MESO SCALE DISCOVERY, Gaithersburg, MD. BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) The items being procured are: Custom Biological Kits, Multiplexed 48-well plates with integrated desiccant wells. (Total Quantity: 51) The Sole Source Justification is attached. This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations. Please reply NLT, COB, 13 MARCH 2012, if you are interested and capable of providing a quotation. However, any quotations received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government.
