- FEDBIZZOPS Advertisement for: Boise, Idaho; Boise Warehouse SFO# VA260-12-R-0244 The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking approximately 7,500 square feet of Warehouse Space in the Boise, Idaho area. The property shall be located within an area roughly square, described as follows: North Boundary - Linden Street Extended. South Boundary - Gowen Road Extended. East Boundary - Law Avenue Extended. West Boundary -Vista Avenue Extended. The offered building and/or location must have the following features: "Space is needed to temporarily stage equipment and furniture until it can be deployed to new areas being activated. "Dock that will accommodate 10 ton and larger trucks. "Snow removal. "Electrical outlets to plug in forklift and electric pallet jacks. "2 parking spaces Restroom facilities shall either be contained within the space or shall be readily available within the common areas of the building. All utilities including gas, electric, water, sewer, shall be included in the lease. The duration of the proposed lease shall be an initial base period of one (1) year, with four (4) one year options to renew.
