- Notice of intent for interested firms. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Region 3, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for supply and delivery of Diesel Fuel for operation of a Motor Vessel (M/V). The requirement is for purchase and delivery of Dyed Ultra-low Sulfur #2 Diesel Fuel for the 2012 season. (Date of Award through 01/01/2013). Delivery shall be required while the vessel is located at the port of Milwaukee. Estimated Quantity is 7,142 gallons. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 454311. Requirement will be 100% set-aside as for small businesses only. Interested firms that possess the capability to meet the Government's requirement to deliver fuel for this vessel shall respond by forwarding information on or before March 12, 2012.
