- This is a Pre-Solicitation Announcement for Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado. We will soon submit a Solicitation for a metal coping system to cap parapet walls of six apartment duplexes in two different areas within the park. The NAICS code is 423330 Roofing, Siding and Insulation Material Merchant Wholesalers and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Small Business is preferred but will entertain all bids. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and any amendments to the RFP will be available through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (www.fbo.gov) website. The extent of the work will be described in the RFP when it is posted. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the RFP is posted, anticipated to be on or around March 9, 2012. All interested parties are responsible for checking the FBO website to ensure that they have the most current information. Offerors are required to have a current registration on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for contract award. Offerors may register on CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors will be required to complete representations and certifications at the time of submission of quotes.
