- Department of Labor Wage Determination Mowing Plan Drawing Request for quote This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to provide materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for lawn maintenance and other grounds keeping services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Springfield, MO. A site visit is highly encouraged. Please make sure to follow the instructions listed on pages 6-7 of the solicitation document. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this action is 561730. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). For additional information and to register in CCR, please access the following website: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register with CCR and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711.
