- Approved J&A for 30-day modification. The above referenced contract (HSSCCG-06-D-00003) was modified on February 24, 2012 and effective as of February 29, 2012 in accordance with the above mentioned notice of intent published February 14, 2012. The purpose ot this Modification is to extend the original Period of Performance of the contract of 09/01/2006 to 08/31/2011, to 09/01/2006 to 03/31/2012, using J&A FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source (except brand name), J&A No. 007C- l2. The J&A is for l month, to 31 March 2012. Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. J&A to amend this order, 007C-12, is published herewith within 14 days after contract modification.
