Description

IRS QUOTATION SHEET - SIOUX FALLS, SD RFQ - SIOUX FALLS, SD This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-56, effective March 2, 2012. This acquisition is being conducted as full and open competition on an unrestricted basis, and the NAICS code is 561613. A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place(s) of performance are identified in a separate document listed as IRS Quotation Sheet. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in Section 7 of the performance-based work statement.
